1 Introduction & Acceptance

Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe requested may result in the suspension or permanent closure of your account and the withholding of pending withdrawals pending investigation.

If fd333 determines at any point that a player was under the age of 21 at the time of registration, the account will be immediately closed, all winnings will be forfeited, and deposits may be returned at fd333's sole discretion. fd333 reports suspected underage gambling cases to relevant authorities where required by applicable law.

3 Account Registration

Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) registered account on fd333.io. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or secondary accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. fd333 uses automated and manual detection systems to identify duplicate accounts.

Registration Information

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information. This includes, but is not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, and a valid contact number or email address. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information throughout your relationship with fd333.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your fd333 account credentials, including your username and password. fd333 strongly recommends that players enable two-factor authentication where available. You must notify fd333 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. fd333 shall not be liable for any losses resulting from your failure to maintain account security.

One Account Per Household

fd333 operates a policy of one active account per household address and per shared device. Where multiple accounts are detected operating from the same IP address, device fingerprint, or physical address, fd333 may apply bonus restrictions and may request verification documentation from all relevant account holders.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

Anti-Money Laundering

All transactions on fd333 are subject to anti-money laundering (AML) monitoring. fd333 reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for any deposit or withdrawal. 5 Bonuses & Promotions

• Bonuses are available to one account per player, per household, and per device.

Where bonus abuse is identified, fd333 may cancel the bonus, void associated winnings, and suspend or close the account.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on fd333 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event, or game. Sport-specific rules for cricket (including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers internationals), football, and all other sports are published within the relevant betting section of the platform and are updated periodically.

Bet Settlement

fd333 settles bets in accordance with official results as published by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC for cricket, FIFA for football). In the event of a result dispute, fd333's decision following internal review is final. fd333 reserves the right to delay settlement pending official confirmation of a result.

Voided Bets

A bet may be voided and the stake returned in circumstances including: event cancellation, postponement beyond the applicable settlement window, manifest pricing errors, or technical malfunctions affecting bet acceptance. Void bets do not count toward wagering requirement calculations.

Minimum & Maximum Stake

Minimum and maximum stake amounts per bet are displayed at the point of bet placement and vary by market and event. fd333 reserves the right to limit the maximum stake or payout for any individual player, market, or event at its sole discretion, including without prior notice.

Live In-Play Betting

Live in-play markets are subject to temporary suspension during key match events (e.g., wickets in cricket, goals in football). Bets submitted during a suspension period may be rejected. fd333 is not liable for connectivity issues or delays on the player's end that affect the timeliness of in-play bet placement.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on fd333 and constitute a material breach of these Terms. fd333 reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any account found to have engaged in any of the following:

• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information.
• Attempting to open or operating more than one account.
• Using automated bots, scripts, algorithms, or any software to interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human recreational use.
• Exploiting software bugs, technical errors, or pricing discrepancies to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion, or any activity that undermines the integrity of a sporting event.
• Using funds of criminal origin to make deposits ("money laundering").
• Permitting any third party to access or use your fd333 account.
• Harassment, abuse, or threatening behaviour toward fd333 support staff or other users.
• Attempting to circumvent any responsible gaming restriction, self-exclusion, or cooling-off period.
• Any other activity that fd333 reasonably determines to be fraudulent, abusive, or contrary to the spirit of fair play.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

fd333 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, failure to complete verification, or account inactivity exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months.

Player-Initiated Closure

Players may request the closure of their fd333 account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to unmet wagering requirements) will be returned to the player's registered payment method within five (5) business days.

Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant after twelve (12) consecutive months of inactivity (no login, deposit, or wagering). fd333 may apply a monthly administration fee of ৳200 to dormant accounts. Players will be notified before such fees are applied. Dormant accounts may be closed by fd333 after twenty-four (24) consecutive months of inactivity.

9 Intellectual Property

All content published on fd333.io — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, game interfaces, software, data compilations, and the overall site design — is the exclusive intellectual property of fd333 or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use fd333.io solely for personal recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit reproduction, redistribution, public display, reverse engineering, scraping, or any commercial exploitation of any fd333 content without prior written consent from fd333.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, fd333 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the fd333 platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits due to technical malfunction, platform downtime, or third-party service interruption.

11 Responsible Gaming

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the operation of fd333's platform. In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms, fd333 and the player agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation by contacting fd333's support team.

All disputes, controversies, or claims arising out of or relating to these Terms that cannot be resolved by negotiation within thirty (30) days shall be subject to binding arbitration. The language of arbitration shall be English. fd333's decision on all operational matters — including bet settlement, account closure, and bonus eligibility — shall be final and binding, subject only to the arbitration process described herein.
